I specialize in helping women who are trying to make big decisions and changes

Through these sessions I partner with you to ask where God is calling you to go and to creatively dream about how to get there. It is a process that involves looking at your life, considering change and developing strategies and goals to move forward in important ways. My role is to ask good questions, encourage you along the way and celebrate your progress. Your role is to wrestle with the hard questions and courageously take steps in the direction of real, life-giving growth.
